This site is designed to help you create and submit online proposals to add new courses and programs within your college, school, or department,  modify or drop existing courses and programs, and change department and college requirements

• To propose a new course or program, click 'New Proposal' above, and then click either 'New Course' or 'New Program' on the Proposal Type menu. With the appropriate item selected, and click 'Next>>' to activate the associated Proposal wizard, which guides you through the processes of creating, saving, editing, and submitting your proposal.
  
• To propose changes to or elimination of an existing course or program, or to propose changes in college or department requirements, click  'New Proposal' above, and then click the relevant item on the Proposal Type menu. With that item selected, click "Next>>" to activate the associated Proposal wizard, which guides you through the processes of creating, saving, editing, and submitting your proposal.
  
• To search for an existing course or program proposal, click 'Search' above. Then enter the search criteria for the proposal(s) that you are looking for.
  
• To determine recommended time allowances for submission of Category II proposals, click on the following: (Recommended Time Allowance)

Account Information:  Most users will be able to log in using their regular windows account.  When prompted for a username/password, put your domain name, a backslash \, and then your login in the username field.  Then use your regular password.  In some cases, if your department is not in the new campus network, we may need to create an account for you to access this system.  Please email us with the link below and we will be happy to assist you.
